Comparison of new protein systems, feed evaluation；5. Degradation of dietary crude protein；6. Microbial growth；7. Digestion and absorption in the small intestine；8. Nitrogen metabolism in the large intestine；9. Nitrogen metabolism in tissues；10. Application to ruminant feeding
