開發貝萊斯芽孢桿菌發酵大豆殼作為雞隻機能性飼料原料之應用

摘要

大豆殼是大豆加工過程之農業副產物,應用於反芻動物的纖維補充原料。其含有的酚類與黃酮類化合物,可作為天然抗氧化物的來源。本研究旨為以貝萊斯芽孢桿菌(Bacillus velezensis)發酵大豆殼(Fermented soybean hull, FSBHB),以評估對肉雞的生長性狀、腸道型態、腸道菌相、抗氧化能力與免疫調節等影響。經發酵後的總酚含量提升0.43 mg of GAE/g DM;可溶性胜肽含量提升1.70 %/g DM。以400隻1日齡Arbor Acres 白肉雞逢機分為基礎飼糧(Control)、以5% 及10% 取代基礎飼糧的未發酵豆殼(5% USBH、10% USBH)與發酵豆殼(5% FSBHB、10% FSBHB),試驗期為35日。結果顯示,5% USBH、10% USBH、5% FSBHB與10% FSBHB組,在前期的體重和體增重均顯著提升;5% FSBHB與10% FSBHB組顯著提升盲腸絨毛高/腺窩深比值與乳酸菌數;空腸基因表現中,5% FSBHB傾向於抑制促發炎基因,10% FSBHB傾向於促進抗氧化基因。綜上所述,大豆殼經B. velezensis發酵可提升其可溶性胜肽,並改善白肉雞的前期生長、腸道健康和抗氧化活性,並以10% FSBHB組的效果最佳。
